Become a Women’s Wealth Financial Adviser

Expected income £234,000 per annum within 3 years, rising from £54,000 in year one.

This is not a traditional financial advice role – this is your chance to nurture and grow the talent of the future. If you are a qualified and experienced financial adviser who is ready to pass on your knowledge and skills this is a rewarding career opportunity with great earning potential.

Women’s Wealth Financial Advisers enjoy referrals from the Money Mentors in their cohort and have plenty of opportunity to write business without having to fact find, cash flow model, research or write reports – this is all done for you.

Instead, you spend your time helping Money Mentors build their businesses and grow into the role of a regulated financial adviser. You will need to enjoy coaching, encouraging, and managing others because their success is the ultimate measure of your achievement.

Work flexibly and independently, we are a virtual business, so no travel is required.

You will need to be at least Diploma qualified or equivalent, recently, or currently signed off as competent to advise with at least 5 years’ advisory experience.  Ideally you will also have a supervisor qualification and experience in supervising regulated advisers and para planners, although WW offers supervisor training for those who need to develop these skills.

The entire Women’s Wealth business model pivots on the quality of our Financial Advisers and our founder Sam Secomb personally oversees recruitment to this role.  If you would like to discuss the role further, please drop us an email careers@womens-wealth.co.uk and Sam will send you a personal link to her diary so you can pick a slot that works for you.
